This freestanding panel is Mr. Klopfenstine's representation of Mother Nature. The columns represent the coming out of the past, and the stars show the going into the future.

Stained glass is suppose to be a 2-dimensional art form, but if one looks past the columns into the stars, a 3D effect can be achieved, because the red surrounding the blue field of stars appears to come forward while the blue recedes.

The bird of paradise on her hand, and the flowers and imagery encircling her, depict the beauty of nature. Mother Nature, herself, is not dressed of any particular time in history, because she is a woman of all times.
